Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Surry County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
