What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,750 per project, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
