Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Autauga County, Alabama. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Part-time with flexible hours.
