Great opportunity: CNC milling operator (Maryland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Harford County, Maryland. On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $130 per day plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
