The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 4+ years on the tools preferred.
