Room service attendant wanted in Cherokee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a room service attendant in Cherokee County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Rotating shifts.
