Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI in welder trade or equivalent The role involves bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
