Fine-dining server — Ashe County

Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Ashe County, North Carolina. Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
