Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Cambria County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
