We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile mason in Morgan County, Illinois. Requirements: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage The role involves: • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
