Pipe tig welder wanted in Palo Alto County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Palo Alto County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Full-time with occasional weekends.
