Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
