What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
