Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing The role involves: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Rotating shifts.
