Urgent requirement: smash repairer (Kansas)

Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Neosho County, Kansas. The job is at a paint and panel shop. You will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
