TIG welder — Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a TIG welder in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Day to day you will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
