Urgent requirement: aluminium tig welder (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Lincoln County, Minnesota. You will work on an industrial construction site. The role involves inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
