Join our team: reach truck operator (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reach truck operator in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The role involves read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; assist with stock takes and cycle counting; load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics; stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking; position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
