Now hiring: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Carmarthenshire, Wales. You will be based in a fleet maintenance depot. You should have: • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps • Confident using diagnostic scan tools On a typical shift you will estimate repair costs and order the right parts; service and replace timing belts and chains; carry out suspension and steering repairs; check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid; carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing; replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
