Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Hancock County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
