Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Part-time with flexible hours. ₦215,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
