Single needle operator wanted in Albemarle County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a single needle operator in Albemarle County, Virginia. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. On the job you will handle: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Requirements: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
