Materials handling operator — Cambridgeshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a materials handling operator in Cambridgeshire, England. You will be based on a factory shop floor. The role involves sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris; load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; assist with stock takes and cycle counting; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics; charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely; operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles. Requirements: • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas • Minimum 1-2 years' warehouse forklift experience Rotating shifts.
