Trainee butcher wanted in Racine County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Racine County, Wisconsin. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Overtime paid at a premium rate.
