GMAW welder — Kenedy County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Kenedy County, Texas. You will work at an automobile body shop. You will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
