Visual inspection operator • Sheridan County, Kansas

Now hiring: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Sheridan County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Day to day you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Full-time with occasional weekends.
