Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Nome Census Area, Alaska. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
