Heavy equipment operator • Madison County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Madison County, Alabama. You will work at a road-building project. The role involves work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently 5+ years on the tools preferred. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
