Now hiring: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Your main tasks: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks Meals and transport allowance provided.
