Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble fixer in Adair County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings Ideal candidate: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Own hand tools an advantage • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding Full-time with occasional weekends.
