Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Barton County, Missouri. The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
