Day-to-day duties: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
