Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Craven County, North Carolina. The job is on a production line. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills The role involves: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches Meals and transport allowance provided.
