Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Rankin County, Mississippi. You will be based at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
