Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Valencia County, New Mexico. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping The role involves: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer Performance bonus on top of base pay.
