Vacancy available: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Umuahia South, Abia State. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Your main tasks: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
