We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
