We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Choctaw County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces 4+ years on the tools preferred.
