What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day-to-day duties: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
