Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Okene, Kogi State. The job is in a food and dairy equipment factory. You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Your main tasks: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦230,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
