Tube and fitting scaffolder • New Kent County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in New Kent County, Virginia. The job is on a residential housing development. The role involves: • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts You should have: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
