Powder coating technician wanted in Guadalupe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
