Safety officer wanted in Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety officer in Morgan County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot On the job you will handle: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
