Site safety steward • Irele, Ondo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site safety steward in Irele, Ondo State. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
