System scaffolder — Henry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Henry County, Virginia. You will be based on a busy construction site. The role involves plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Full-time, day shift.
