Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing technician in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. The role involves seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling. Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
