We are recruiting: powder coating technician (Northern Ireland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Ards and North Down, Northern Ireland. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Pay around £2,700 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
