The role involves erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Part-time with flexible hours. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
