Urgent requirement: trailer driver (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trailer driver in Houston County, Alabama. You will be based on long-haul routes across the country. You will operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock. You should have: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience 5+ years on the tools preferred.
