CNC mill setter-operator — Guernsey County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Guernsey County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience You will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
